1. What is your shipping and handling policy within India?

Navrattan provides free shipping on all items within India for orders above INR 50000. For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. Products will be delivered in one business day via Blue dart or any other reputed courier service.

Sales tax will be charged for orders shipping within India.


2.Do you ship internationally?


Yes! Navrattan provides shipping internationally for orders above US$1000.

Order placed will ship within 4 weeks after receiving 30% deposit and you will receive a personalized confirmation email once we send the package with tracking details. Navrattan provides shipping via Fedex/UPS courier service whereas customers can give their fedex/ups account details in order to get there goods shipped on their courier service account number.

While we do not collect any sales tax on orders shipped outside India, it is the customers responsibility to Pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipients country.

Transit time to your country is usually 3-5 days, but it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your package depending on the time it takes the customs office in your country to clear your package.


3. What is your cancellation and return policy?

Navrattan strives to offer you high quality premium semi precious stone studded jewelry at reasonable prices. You may cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing for any reason.

We do not offer any return policy. We can only accept the product returned if the fault is on our side including shipping charges.

Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns on broken or cracked jewelry items.

 

4.    What is the minimum amount for any order?

The minimum amount of order needs to be US$1000.

 

5.    Can I replace the stone on the design?

Yes you can choose any stone as well as plating with most of our collection.

 

6.  Do you offer discounts?

No, we don’t offer any discounts.

 

7.  Does your jewelry tarnish?

All plated jewelry will eventually tarnish over time. However, we plate all our products with the premium standard of plating material to ensure exquisite quality and lengthy lifespan.

 

8.   How do I know how much my shipping will cost? 

Our default method of shipping is FEDEX. The weight, size of the package, distance and method of travel calculates the amount. The respective shipping service companies provide all shipping rates which will be available on your request


9.  Do you ship COD?

No, we don’t ship with COD.


10.How often do you add items to your website?

We update our website almost every week.

 

11. Will you substitute an item if it is out of stock?

No, we don’t substitute any item as all the orders are custom made according to the clients demand.

 

12. I received my order and there is an item that is broken, what do I do?

Being proud of our brand reputation in terms of quality, we will happily rectify or accept returns if any manufacturing fault occurs including shipping charges.

 

13. Will I be notified if something is missing from my order before it is shipped?

Yes we will ask you if this kind of situation arises and ship only after we got approval from your side.

 

14. Can I call or fax in my order?

No, we don’t take any orders by fax but you can call us anytime at our customer service.

 

15. How long will it take to get a reply when I email a question or request?

Within 24 hours you will get the reply for your email or any query.

 

16.   How can I check the status of my order?

You can always drop an email and request for the status.

 

17.   If I entered the wrong shipping address for an order can I change it?

To change the shipping address, please give us a call or email us. It is quite difficult to change the address once orders are been shipped but we will try to reroute it. There may be XXX charge to reroute the package.

18.   What if I forget my password and id.?

You can email us and we will generate new password and id.

 

19.   Is 925 stamped inside for sterling silver base metals?

All .925 sterling silver products are stamped as required by law.
